Wakefield Estates is an exclusive community with rolling hills and private homes ranging in price from $724,800.00 to $2,500,00.00. While this is not a gated community there are some homes with privacy gates and others tucked far off the road so as not to be viewed. The majority of estate homes in Wakefield Estates were built in the mid-1990's and have incorporated many amenities into their design.
